Affiliate Program Terms & Policy

These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the lynkily Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by lynkily ("lynkily", "we", "us", or "our"). They are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the lynkily Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, sharing a referral link, or accepting a commission, you agree to these Affiliate Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Eligibility & enrollment

You must have a lynkily account in good standing and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Enrollment is automatic when you open your Refer & Earn dashboard; a unique referral code and link are generated for you. We may decline, suspend, or remove any participant at our discretion, including for the conduct described in Section 8.

2. Your referral link & attribution

• You are given a unique link of the form lynkily.com/r/<your-code>.
• When a new visitor arrives through your link, we store your code in a cookie for 60 days. If they create an account within that window, that account is attributed to you.
• Attribution is first-touch and one-time: a user can only ever be attributed to one affiliate (the first valid referrer), and only if they were not already a lynkily user.
• Attribution depends on cookies and sign-up flow; we cannot guarantee every referral is tracked (for example, if the visitor blocks cookies or signs up on a different device or browser).

3. Commissions

• You earn 5% of the amount actually paid (net of discounts, promotions, credits, and taxes/fees) on each successful subscription payment by a user you referred.
• Commissions are recurring: you earn on the first payment and on every renewal, for as long as the referred subscription remains active and both accounts remain in good standing.
• The rate applied to each commission is the rate in effect at the time that payment is processed. We may offer selected affiliates a boosted rate at our sole discretion; any boost applies going forward and can be adjusted or removed with notice.
• Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs on your side.
• Self-referrals do not earn — you cannot earn commission on your own subscription or accounts you control.

4. Holding period & availability

Each commission is credited as pending and enters a 30-day holding period to cover refunds and payment disputes. After the holding period passes and the underlying payment has not been refunded or reversed, the commission becomes available for payout. Commissions that are refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent are reversed and removed from your balance, even after the holding period.

5. Payouts

• You may request a payout once your available balance is at least $20.
• You must provide accurate, complete payout details (e.g. PayPal email or bank/UPI information). We are not responsible for payments sent to details you provided incorrectly.
• Payouts are reviewed and processed manually and typically settle within a reasonable period after approval. We may hold, delay, or decline a payout pending verification, fraud review, or resolution of a dispute.
• Unclaimed balances remain available in your account; we do not forfeit legitimately earned, available commission for inactivity alone.

6. Refunds, chargebacks & clawbacks

If a referred payment is refunded or reversed for any reason, the related commission is clawed back. If a reversal occurs after a commission has already been paid to you, the reversed amount may be deducted from your future commissions or, where necessary, invoiced to you. Repeated or abnormal refund/chargeback patterns associated with your referrals may result in removal from the Program.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on commissions you receive. Commissions are paid gross; we do not withhold taxes unless required by law. You may be asked to provide tax information before payouts can be issued.

8. Prohibited conduct

To keep the Program fair and protect the lynkily brand, you agree not to:

• Refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts, or subscribe through your own link to generate commission;
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages (email, SMS, DMs, comments) containing your link;
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, adware, or any technique that sets the referral cookie without a genuine, intentional click;
• Bid on lynkily trademarks or brand terms (e.g. "lynkily") in paid search, or run ads that impersonate lynkily or use our name/logo in a misleading way;
• Post your link on coupon, cashback, or "deal" sites in a way that misrepresents offers, or make false claims about lynkily, its pricing, or features;
• Use the link on sites containing illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful, or infringing content;
• Misrepresent your relationship with lynkily — you must disclose that you may earn a commission where required by law (e.g. FTC guidelines).

Violations may result in reversal of affected commissions, forfeiture of unpaid balances, suspension, and termination from the Program and/or lynkily.

9. Brand use

You may refer to lynkily and use approved names and marks truthfully to promote the Service. You may not modify our logo, imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond participation in this Program, or register domains, social handles, or app names containing "lynkily". We may ask you to change or remove any promotion at any time.

10. Independent relationship

Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent participant and have no authority to make commitments on behalf of lynkily.

11. Changes to the Program

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Program — including commission rates, the holding period, minimum payout, and these Affiliate Terms — at any time. Rate changes apply to payments processed after the change takes effect and do not reduce commissions already earned. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active affiliates of material changes; continued participation after a change means you accept it.

12. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by stopping use of your link and contacting us. We may terminate your participation at any time. On termination for cause (fraud or breach), unpaid and pending commissions may be forfeited. On termination without cause, legitimately earned, available commissions above the payout minimum will be paid in the ordinary course.

13. No earnings guarantee & liability

We make no promise about the number of referrals or amount of commission you will earn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, lynkily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program, and our total liability relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
